If you just want to get rid of the error message, then adapt your formulae. The formula in M3 will become:
=IFERROR(SUMPRODUCT(IBNR[Total w/LAE],IBNR[%Direct]),"")

It might be better to put an error trap around your VLOOKUP formula in column E, to stop those errors getting through.
