Conditional format based on two dates

Been out of practice for a bit so I'm a little rusty and need some help with conditional formatting please!

I have dates in E4:E20, and dates in F4:F20. I want to conditional format the dates in column F if they are 5 years or more than the adjacent dates in column E. dates are in mm/dd/yyyy format.

in conditional formatting:

use this formula:

=DATEDIF($E4,$F4,"y")>4
