Excel Concatenate formula or macro based on array

Need excel concatenate formula or macro built to concatenate the Long Text data from the array. If creating a macro, have the results be in the first line of the Array data in column E.

    00100-332 1 * #37416 NORDSTROM 3/8" COMBINATION BUTTON HEAD FITTING & LUBRICANT SCREW
    00100-332 2 FOR SIZE C LUBRICANT.

The ending result should give the long text for all the lines together in one cell. When concatenating please add a space between the cells. cella &" "& cellb
