Conditional Dropdown List Help

Hello All,

I need some help creating a conditional drop-down list. I attached an example spreadsheet to show you what I am working with. Basically I need three different drop-downs containing the names in Info 1 that generates in d3:e3, f3:g3, and h3:i3. The tricky part is I only want names to show in that drop-down if they are within 1 value from the Like ID (found on the second tab). I.E. if name 4 is chosen and has a Like ID of 122 then I want the three drop-downs to show only Names that have a like id of 121,122, 123. Any name can be chosen in drop-down b3:c3. The like ID is based on three different criteria that determines the similarity of customer tendencies.

I was able to do a round about way adding columns to the sheet one and an array function returning only unique matching names. If anyone wants to see my results please let me know!
