Creating a table with multiples subtotals

I've attached a spreadsheet that explains what I need in a text box. Thanks for any help given.

Anybody? I thought an Excel guru could knock this out in 5 or 10 minutes. I'm stuck.

Did you try a pivot table?

    Hi Helpme,

I agree with popipipo but have sorted and repeated a few fields in the Pivot. See my small changes from his answer attached.

If you don't want to use formulas or VBA then Pivot Tables is certainly the way to go. NOW - you need to study Pivots and all the power they bring.

I will try this out. I use pivot tables everyday, but for the same exact function, so I'm unfamiliar with the full power of pivot tables in Excel.
