Recommend list of sites

Hi guys,

Basically i have a list of URLs from different domains

What i want to do is extract the top URL for each domain. So the top URL would be the one with the highest URL rating.

So from that list the output would look like this:

I have attached a excel document with the input and the output i'm looking for, any ideas on how to do this would be highly appreciated!

Didn't fully understand I missed the "Each Domain Name"
Do you have a list of all domain names?
