How to keep EXCEL workbook updated?

Hello community,

I am working on a workbook which I'm gonna send around 25-30 workers, informations on workbook need to be updated weekly and I can't send EXCEL file weekly.That's why I need a workbook wich can be updated from internet.

I know it is possible by SQL, but when I did it with SQL some workers couldn't open it because they needed driver to get it updated.

Is there any other way?
