Days Calculation Problem

Hello Friends...........I am uploading a spreadsheet, which have 2 problem.............

1. Calculation days between two Dates month wise for example:- 30,31,28

2. Calculation the days between two dates then multiply the income


it is very hard for me to calculate.............bcoz my formula does not work


so please friends solve my problem

EndDate-StartDate=Days

1. =B5-A5+1

2. =(B12-A12+1)*D12/31


For the problem 2 the value is 3290,32 . f you want to roundup the value to 3290, use the below formula
=ROUND((B12-A12+1)*D12/31,0)
