Program to consolidate percentage splits to an analysis

I am having certain segments, its percentage splits, and growth rate. I want to creat a sheet which takes input for these segments (in %), also the growth rate and results in the forecast for those segments.

An Example:

Segment: X= 50% (GROWTH RATE 5%), Y= 30% (GROWTH RATE 6%), Z= 20% (GROWTH RATE 7%)

GROWTH RATE given is for 5 years. I want to project the numbers for upcoming years.

Can anyone help?
