Match two columns from two different sheets and display Yes or No

    Hello,
I am working on some customer analytics. Please find an example of the worksheet attached.

    I'd like to:
    1. Check if a customer exists in both the worksheets based on customer number in column C of Sheet 1 and Sheet 2
    2. And want to know if the customer had any occurrence date in 2015 based on column G in Sheet 2
    3. If the customer exists on both the sheets and if there is an occurrence date in 2015 associated with the customer, I'd like to display 'Yes' in column J of Sheet 1 else 'No'

    Can this be achieved?
I tried doing this using VLOOKUP but keep hitting the roadblock.

    Can someone please help?
Very much appreciate your help in advance.
