Date Formula Conversion

Hi:

I have a large amount of data that I need a solution to convert to a specific week range. Below are a couple examples.

I need to convert my "Act. Finish" to show a week range it finished in. The one difference is my end result must start from Tuesday of that week and end on the following Monday.

Can anyone help here please.
