Hi all,

I am trying to use the =GETPIVOTDATA formula but don’t know how I have never used it before. This may be really straight forward for some of you. I was wondering if you can help me out.

In sheet ‘Invoiced vs Recovered’ there will be Transit numbers hardcoded in column A based on whatever is being compared. I would like a formula to search the pivot table for whatever transit number appears in column A and paste the appropriate totals in the row labeled Invoiced for that Transit.

That’s all I need it to do.

Ignore the Recovery rows. I will use the exact same formula you provide me to do this to another pivot that has recovery amounts, like this I can compare these values fast and easy.

If you have any ideas anything would help. Thank you in advance
