    Decimal places as comma format

    Hi Guys,

    i need your help.i have data sheet it's included as number format with the decimal eg.2526.56(there have lots of numbers in my excel sheet) i need to convert the data format to 2526,56(comma format). please help me

    Use File>Options>Advanced
    Uncheck "Use system separators"
    type in the character that you want to use as thousands and decimal point separator (donīt use the same character for both)
    donīt forget that you will need to type in new values using your new separators

    Ah - just noticed you are on 2003
    Process is the same but you use Micrsoft Windows button and then Excel Options, then as above
