Drag down formula through column until data stops - possible with keyboard shortcut?

Is there a way to drag down this formula in cell A3 down through cell A13 with using just the keyboard? I have a mouse with programmable buttons and would like to add a macro to do this for me. Attached is the sample workbook.

Do you see that little black square in the bottom right corner of the cursor around A3? That is called the fill handle, and if you double click that the formula will be copied down to the bottom of the data that you have in column B.

Another approach would be to convert the columns into a structured table, and then when the formula is entered into A3 it will automatically be copied down.
