x-y plotting in excel with two y-axes

Ok I am getting really annoyed and aggravated and will give anyone CS:GO skins or another reward for helping me out with this
The problem is

Here is the equations from the picture above are
f_1(t)=40/π^2 ×1/49 cos⁡(14πt/1000)

F(t)=40/π^2 [cos⁡(2πt/1000)+1/9 cos⁡(6πt/1000)+1/25 cos⁡(10πt/1000)+1/49 cos⁡(14πt/1000)]
