macro copy data beween active workbook and specific workbook

i have macro which arrange my data but there is aproblem in copying the data to specific workbook which named "copy of steriooo" and I need to make this macro work from any workbook"active workbook" and how can I copy these data if the other sheet "copy of sterio" is protected

I really need someone to help me with that
