"AND" function in conditional formating not working

I have a formula for conditional formatting "=$J5:$J305=LEFT($AT$7,4)+0" which is working but when I

amend it to include an AND function to "=AND($J5:$J305=LEFT($AT$7,4)+0,$G$2="TRY")" it does not work?

I just want the formatting to apply to those cells if another condition is TRUE i.e cell G2 = "TRY"

    please can someone help

    thank you

I think you need an IF instead of AND

use this formula in conditional format after that you select the range j5:j305 with j5 is the active cell
    Formula: copy to clipboard
