Excel add ons or macro error newer version of windows

    Hi
Sorry if this is a stupid question in advance ...

I use a sheet for work that was made using 2007 version . It works fine auto calculates the dates shows the dates in uk format ie day month year and changed the row colour when specific dates passed .

Forward to new IT being introduced that has newer version of excel and Windows 10 .

The sheet now does not calculate the dates and shows them as USA dates month date and year .
The tool box you clicked to alter , enter or amend is now not showing etc .

The chap who designed the form has left , I have asked around and been told that in add ins to check the top two boxes which I have done but this has not got the form back to how it was post IT change .

I have no knowledge of excel other than use the form and am basically limited in my knowledge with it or stupid which ever way you look at it .

Any help or advice would be appreciated as the form itself was brilliant at what it did pr the new IT and not sure why new versions of Windows would stop it functioning as it did on 2007 version .

Hey Bluehat, welcome to the forum. Please read rule #1 and change the title of your post to something that is more descriptive of your problem. People also search the forum for their problems and Excel woes won't produce much help to them. Thanks.

is your issue that you are having an issue with the format, trying to find a way to change the format that used to be an option but isn't now or that you need a formula or VBA to change the format of the date back to what you had previously?
