How to stop excel from changing cell?

Hello guys, I would need some help - for you it probably is very easy, but I am still a beginner.

I am trying to make a list (watch the screenshot).

I would like to achieve that J column automaticly change ( to percentage ; 0% if conditions are not met ) after 3 condition -

condition 1 : column C has to be certain text
condition 2 : column G has to be certain text
condition 3 : H4 has to be over 4000€.

it works fine, BUT! it works fine until the H4 is not 4000€, once it reaches all position on the list get 2 or 3%.

What i want is that percentage in column J changes only when H4 is over 4000€ - i hope you get what i mean (its hard to explain), here is another screenshots what happens after H4>4000€

in short: i dont want that J column changes before H4>4000€ and even when it reaches previous cells in J columnt mustn't change if the do not SUM more than 4000€
