Excel 2016 Problem

Hello, I got following error in excel.
Get white all cels, but not able to do anything.

How to fix this in excel 2016.

No merged, This flow over cells.

after close and re open excel sheet this problem solve.
But unable to restart excel every time.

Yes, I can attach but this white space not save in excel book, it's only show immediately. After close and reopen books, it resolved.
