Need Help with Pivot Table and Charts for Dashboards

Hi all,

I tried to do the below req for the past 2 days.. I could not do it hence i am posting here for help.

I have complete file of collection report including Month on Month and Year on Year Billing, Montly Collection, Credit note .. Etc in a excel.

I have collections person for city wise. One person can be assigned to more than one location. I have their names in one column. I have Monthly Target for collections in columns and I have Monthly Target in columns against each users.

I have to create a Chart for Monthly wise Target Vs Achieved for each Person and one more chart for same person but Year to Date.

I want the Graph should be Target vs Achieved together for each month.

But I could not map to as I expect. Please help.. If anyone ready to help I will attach the Sample File also. Thanks..
