Return a cell value based on a criteria in a range of cells

Any help on this is really appreciated: Thanks in advance!

Example:

A B C D E F
Apple 3 5 7 9 High
Orange 4 6 8 10 Low
Mango 5 7 9 1 High
Banana 4 2 4 5 High

Return values of A in a specified column(in a new predefined sheet) , for those rows with value "High" in F column.

F A B C G H I
High Apple 3 5 1 3 Low
High Mango 5 7 3 2 High
High Banana 4 2 4 2 High

For rows which are captured as high, populate the respective values of B & C, as per the value of A.

G&H are new columns in the 2nd sheet, which will be populated later.

If you didn't use merged cells and entered your data as proper data records, the problem is simple. It is then readily useable to create a variety of reports.

A formula to extract what you want would be as follows entered in Sheet2!E6 and filled across and down. Enter with Ctrl + Shift + Enter
