Formatting Rows Solid Colors

Attached is a spread sheet that has rows that should be in a pattern of consistency by colors. Any idea on how to make every row look consistent? Meaning one row of blank/white then the other row colored? I have a feeling this got like this because things were copied/cut and pasted.

Hey Statz,
Try selecting rows 6 and 7 (assuming these are already correctly formatted. Once both rows have been selected you can do either 2 options.

1. double click format painter under the home ribbon and select all rows below.

or

2. once both row 6 and 7 are highlighted copy them and paste just the formating below for the rest of the table.
