Extracting Monthly Target Vs Achieved from Large Data

Hello All,

I have big data which includes Billing,Credit memo, Collections, hub and user.. i am creating Dashboard.

I want to show Month on Month Collection Target Vs Achieved as one Chart and Year to Date as Another chart.

I have Target and Achieved in columns and Users in one column..

I need help on Month on Month.. I could not get Target vs ach bars together.. please help..

Users should be used as Filter.. So For one user we can see(Should select from the .. 12 month Target Vs Achvd data...
