Need to Get a Simple Forecast Budget Excel Sample

I'm trying to brush up on my budget forecasting skills. I'd like to download a tutorial and Excel sample on budget forecasting. If you guys can provide me with this I'd be thankful. PLEASE NOTE: ITS GOT TO BE A SIMPLE EXAMPLE AND TUTORIAL. Nothing complex. The more simpler the better.

Try these links to videos from a class I took. The excel files should go along with these. I don't have time to sort through them and detail which is which, but you should be able to tell from the file the teacher is going through in the videos.
