Nested IF functions

Hi all,

I'm having some trouble figuring out a formula that will return "yes" if columns A, B and C have values of 7, 13 and 29, and "no" if any of those values don't meet that requirement. I've attached the excel workbook as a sample snapshot of the data set.


Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
