What happens when you copy cell E132 and paste it onto E131?

This is really bizarre but I filled in more cells to try find anymore errors and it's now showing the correct values in both cells. All I did was add values into the outlay tab.

Here's my spreadsheet if you're curious about it.

    Here's the spreadsheet clean.

    ---EDIT---

I believe it has something to do with "Circular References" Because the clean version still shows the error.

Unfortunately I'm not too sure how to fix.

You have circular references in your cels...

You have to fix it... Try to find where it is happening first and fix there

I've managed to fix it by just removing all the data I inputted into the test spreadsheet. It kept telling me cells where circular reference was occurring in the bottom left of excel, but I couldn't see the problem. However removing the data from the test file seems to have fixed it so I'll just quit whilst I'm ahead. Thank you for taking a look.
