Impossible to comment with certainty unless you upload the actual workbook not just a picture of your screen.

The Screen in mode line shows Ready and Filter Mode.
This is the screen I see when opening the excel sheet.
...as I said, upload the workbook. And in addition tell us what you expect to see.
I can't attach the file as it is 3 MB file.
We don't need to see the full fat version. Remove any sheets that aren't relevant and we don't need to see zillions of rows in a sheet.
Delete all but a couple of dozen rows or so.
When I open I see the page which I showed in the first screenshot which I sent.
