Automatically Update Cell Entries Based on other Sheet

happy new year everyone! id like to ask some help about my excel data. i have main list and sub list what im trying to do is i want the sub list automatically updated when i change some data in the main list. this is based on the revision number. please see my attached sample. thank you in advanced.

You can use the =vlookup formula to update with the submittal refference number.
