How to compare two columns and find the extra values out

I need to find out the extra values present in the second column.

Example:
http://s13.postimg.org/o1mmzfpsj/Untitled.jpg

In the above example sheet i need to pull out "orange" since its not present in the first column. Its simple for this example but i need to find out from a large chunk of data.

Any help is much appreciated.

You could use Conditional Formatting with a COUNTIF=0 formula to highlight values then Autofilter on colour to filter the values you want to see. You could then select, copy and paste them elsewhere if necessary.

Here is one method using COUNTIF.
If the value is zero then it doesn't appear in the first list.
