The master overtime sheet keeps track of total hours worked.

The sheets that follow allow the date and hours to be entered. When a new date is entered it changes the location of the name on the master sheet. The rotation will be tied to the date last worked so that that person will be at the bottom with their last date worked. When the date is entered on the Did not accept column nothing happens because that person will remain at the top of the master list. Once they accept an overtime the date will be entered on the accepted column and there name will change to the last spot on the master list along with hours worked. It will changed based on what the total is on their individual sheet.

I know very little about excel but am trying hard to learn how functions work. Thanks for the help.
