HI, need some basic help please. if filling in data, I would like a another box to show the date and time this was entered. Have a box showing currant date, do I have another showing time? then how do use this info to show when box S3,4 and 5 new info in put in?

You would probably need to use VBA to enter a date and time stamp, if I understand you correctly. The code would be placed in the Worksheet Change event, for example:
