is there a way to have a cell at each page break as the footer - - - floating footer?

Hey - - - I have a pivot table that goes down quite a few rows that has info on over 100 departments - - - I've set a page break at the start of each department - - - is there a way to have the footer be the department name in column A?

Some departments are 1 page while others could be 5 pages - - - it's never the same (row 4, 38, 138, 176, 183, 25, 336, 341, 605 . . . . ) - - - so whatever is the first row label in the pivot table needs to be the footer

Anyone know of a trick or work around?
