generate report and send email based on date and date ranges

Hi

In the attached spreadsheet, i would like to be able to generate a report every friday based on the "log" tab. This would be all referrals for the previous week Mon-Fri (column D) and to have it send those cases in an email to a designated email address (tab "reports" cell B3) during term time as detailed in tab "reports" cells G1-k4.

Also to be able to send half-termly reports of all referrals made on tab "log" again using the date ranges in tab "reports" cells G1-K4.

is anyone able to help?
