How to Keep the Order of a Filter

Hi, I just learned how to use filters for my columns. But what happened is that I used the filter for one of my columns and now I want to keep the order in which it sorted my data. Meaning prior to using the filters, I had it listed alphabetically and now with the filter I have it sorted by date. How do I remove the filters and keep my new date-ordered data? Have the date-ordered stuff be my default w/o the tabs and filters at the top of each column, w/o having to copy and paste each row. That seems tedious. Ty.

Here is a possible answer. You can create "custom" sort orders for your data. See:
