Amend macro to make another list in column C

Good Day excelers,

I am using the below code to generate two lists of client names however, I need to amend it so another list of client names is populated in column C.

1 list is using a condition based on a "Yes" value. I would also like the column C list to be based on a "yes" value. I don't understand macro and having trouble reading the code.

For the column C list the "yes" values would occur in the visit completed rows of the sheets. If there is a yes in that cell then in draws the company name in to the overview sheet.
