Find the Interview Feedback pending status & Interview type by using formula.

HI,


Here I attached the sample excel file. In the excel file I need the solution as ,If there is feedback pending from any interview round then I need Interview round (feedback pending from which round) and Interview type (Feedback pending from which type of round)

In other words

In the attached sheet, there is some data regarding interview rounds and feedbacks status. I need the solution as in column J & K (green coloured cells)

Note: Pls use formula only.

Sorry for my bad English.

Please go through the attachment. In that, I tried formulas as you said ( AG2 to AK5 cells in the Formula sheet). But all formulas are correct except "AK3" and "AK5" cells. means, instead of "Pending", formula taking "interview type". Finally I need latest pending interview details by using formula(in Formula sheet).



Ex: In Formula sheet,

AK3 cell: Int-4 Feedback Telephonic Interview -- Int-4 Feedback Pending

AK5 cell: Int-2 Feedback Group Discussion -- Int-2 Feedback Pending

I tried so much but couldn't get solution.

Please help me.

Column K has blank value in K3 and K5 so the counta at the end is mis-counting and the result is wrong. If you enter something like - instead of a blank cell, the count and result will be correct.
