    Merging Data

    Hi,

I would like to know if there's a quicker way of merging data in multiple cells into only 1 cell? I've tried a few formulas that don't really work as there's a lot of data that I need condensed down into only one cell and the formulas I've tried don't transfer everything over. At the moment I'm just cutting and pasting or highlighting all the cells pasting them into wordpad making the corrections and then pasting it all over onto the new database.

I'm updating databases for my new clients from the old database and currently it's really slow.

    Thanks in advance.

Can you attach a sample file and explain exactly what you want to happen?

Here is a small sample with 2 examples of how the comments should look. All made up.

When you double click on the cell in the second sample that's how the comments should appear. All in one cell separated by the dates that you've called the company.
