I have a master workbook that my colleagues need to see throughout the day. It has over 15+ worksheets and my colleagues do not need to be able to edit any data, just view it. Right now, I save them a file called "copy" and they use that, but the problem arises whenever I update values on my main workbook (constantly, everyday I am updating the sheets). Then I have to re-save them a copy, and all the revisions gets quite confusing along with being quite tedious. Is there a way I can link my entire workbook to another workbook that is read only. That way they can hit "refresh all" and have their updates, without waiting on me to save a copy. I know I can link each sheet individually, however we are deleting and adding new sheets periodically, and I dont want have to keep adding new connections.

Anyone have any recommendations on how to solve this?
