How controls work?

Hi,

I've one question regarding excel inserting form or activeX controls. I've learned basics of VBA and till now been using only buttons and combo boxes. I wonder if others (for example option button) are normally used only inside forms or like afore mentioned work inside worksheet being not matched with any cell or can I also locate it accurately in specific cell on the sheet and use it in conjunction with vba to row visibility sterring.

Checkboxes can be linked to cells as these codes show.

I cannot paste a spreadsheet.

So post this code into a new work book and run each in turn.
