Basically on my graphs with two axis, I'm finding it fiddly to have the 0 line match with the opposing 0 on the opposite axis.
That is without messing with the current minor and major steps etc.
Any help would be appreciated

If I understand your question, there is not a "built in" way to get Excel to "match" primary and secondary axis systems.
The easiest way for most people is to simply manually adjust the axis parameters to get the desired match.
If you want to automate that process, one should be able to adapt either of these techniques to automate that process:

I know that other, 3rd party, charting applications are better at linking the primary and secondary axis systems together. If Excel is not your only choice, it might be worth looking into other applications.
