    Excel 2016: Pivot table dates - useless!

    How on earth am I supposed to use the dates (copy and pasting) from the pivot table?

    In this case above, I cannot paste years over, just day / month?

    Anyone? Why can't I copy and paste the dates from the pivot table into an excel format? So annoying - it leaves out the year?
