find the last item in a range and retrieve the count of rows

Hello ExcelGurus
as you can see from the image, as I said in the title i need a formula that gives me back the count of rows of a column that as more full rows.
In this case is the result is 7 because in this table the columns that as more NOT empty cell is column D

find the last number in a range and counts how many rows has got that range

=MAX(INDEX((A1:G100<>"")*ROW(A1:G100),0))
