Add different notes in each drop-down

Hello--

I created a drop down list of employees for their monthly reviews. When I select an employee, I'd like to be able to add individual comments that do not carry over to the next employee. I'm including a sample sheet so you can see what I've done. Does anyone know of an easy way to do this? As you can see, there is a space for comments and also space to type in their individual goals.

Change the employee name in cell B36 and see if this is what you are looking for.

The values are derived from the 2 new sheets
