    Duplicate cell data by a fixed value

    Hi All,

    I have a list of unique data in Excel. I want to take this data and basically duplicate it more than once (specifically 7 times)

    E.G.

    My list:

    1000A177
    1035A654
    1110A223

    I want x7 of the above values, still in one column and seperate cells, like this:

    100A177
    100A177
    100A177
    100A177
    100A177
    100A177
    100A177
    1035A654
    1035A654
    1035A654
    1035A654
    1035A654
    1035A654
    1035A654
    1110A223
    1110A223
    1110A223
    1110A223

    I have a lot of data, it's too much to do individually.
    Any ideas?
