Determining Spelling Errors

Is there a way to search throughout the spreadsheet for certain words, to identify typos and misspellings of attribute data?

I have a list of Street names input by Technicians in the field, in a separate program. Once we export to excel we would like to make sure that these street names, which are input multiple times to reflect different sections of the street, are spelled uniformly.
