Conditional formatting a bar chart?

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can help me out here! I have a project timeline for several different projects which are linked to the week number. I want to somehow conditionally format the chart to change a different colour dependent on an outcome. Example. Project 1 - If column I states 'RFX' then the line should be shaded red. I have attached the file.
