Excel Report timestamp automatically changes to UK to US

Hi All,

I am working with MS Excel 2007.
I am fetching the daily report from the server. But When I doing so, I have a problem ie. Excel timestamp is changing from UK to US( DD/MM/YY to MM/DD/YY)automatically.
Server system clock,language,region (Control Panel) is in UK form and also Local system clock,language,region , where excel file is there is also in UK from.
In excel, data/text to columns is also in DMY form.

Can you please anyone provide me a solution for this issue. Awaiting for the replay from you all (Till now there is no reply) . Please suggest me the solution.
