    hours worked v percentage

    Hey Guys im looking for a formula that will allow me to get a percentage of the staffs hours worked

    i want to add say total emails / hours worked and be able to put it into a percentage of the daily work

    each email i want to give a time of 4 minutes.

    i have attached my sheet.

    Can you clarify how you want it to look? If everything works successfully, what should the values be for the first few entries? Are you basically looking for column C x 4 minutes each as a percentage of column E? Or am I misunderstanding what you're after?
