Variable Answer result

To whom it may concern:

Please take a look at the attached.

I need a formula so that when ever there is an answer 0 in columns A-E, than the result in column F shows automatically which are those cells with a 0 value.

Is this possible? and if yes how?

i cannot attach the attachment. any help?
